What is Technologo EOD?
Technologo EOD is a tool that allows you to add virtual sample technology to your website without taking days or weeks to do. Depending on the service purchased, you may also setup different product colours, imprinting techniques, and imprint areas.
What is the difference between EOD and Lite?
EOD is a tool designed specifically for adding virtual sample tools to your website. Technologo Lite is a tool to send virtual sample samples to your customers from any product. Lite is not for adding to your website. EOD can only be added to images that exist on your website.
What's the difference between EOD Basic, EOD Standard, and EOD Max?
The main difference is what each level allows you to add virtual samples to. All levels allow you add virtual samples to your website, while Standard also allows you to add them to your e-mail marketing campaigns, and Max allows you to add virtual samples to your website, e-mails, as well as your catalog.

The other big difference is in the level of service: With unlimited products, an easy-to-use interface in 6 languages, and access to our 9-1-1 Logo Remover, EOD Basic is anything but basic. EOD Standard's main additional feature is that it allows you to add imprinting methods to your samples for a small per product fee. EOD Max's main features include the Digital Catalog with Virtual Sample capability, 100 Max products included, and the One Click Presentation tool. See the next question for more information.
What is included in the price?

Can I buy the Digital Catalog with Virtual Samples separately?
Yes. Please contact our sales team for details: 877-541-5646
Do I need to already have my catalog in digital (PDF) format to convert it to the EOD Digital Catalog with Virtual Samples?
Yes. Our Digital Catalog is essentially an upgrade for your existing PDF catalog that turns your plain PDF catalog into an exciting catalog with flipping pages, zoom, search, and of course Virtual Samples.
How do I create my Digital Catalog with Virtual Samples?
In a nutshell, upload your existing PDF catalog to our servers, and attach the hotspots that link to your products.
Will I have to re-do my website to add EOD? How long will it take to add?
The great thing about our EOD solution is that it is designed to be a plugin/add-on application to any existing website. You simply add a series of links to your website. Depending on the level of service you are subscribed to and the work necessary in preparing the images, this project could take anywhere from one hour (for all products, regardless of whether there are 50 or 500,000) to 5 hours plus 5-10 minutes per product.
Is this really a do-it-yourself tool, or will I need a web developer?
EOD can be done with or without your web developer. If you use a web developer, their role will take them anywhere between 1-5 hours plus 5-10 minutes per product depending on the level of service to which you are subscribed. If you do it yourself, it will likely take longer, but will not cost you additional money. However, if you are setting up a large number of products, it is likely worth the one time investment to get this set up properly by a web developer.
Will I be able to control the size and positioning of the logo that my clients upload to the virtual sample?
Yes! When you are setting up the product, you can set up the imprint area with just a few clicks of the mouse. Remember, doing this once means that every time someone views a logo on that product, their logo will appear as large as it can be within the area you specify, even if the product image requires that the imprint area is rotated or skewed!
Will my customers and visitors to my website know how to make virtual samples? Will there be any help for them?
We have thousands of people using our tools from almost every continent on the planet every day. There will be some who have difficulty, and some who simply do not want to do anything themselves but most will find it to be so easy and quick that they will do it often. On top of that, because our tools are found on hundreds of websites and many of the world's leading promotional product search engines, chances are that most are already familiar with our services. They will be able to use it without much effort. If users do run into difficulty, they can always contact us by phone or e-mail for support, or use our demos, toggle help, tutorials, or these FAQs to help them out.
I am a distributor and I use a search engine for the products on my website. Can I still use EOD for virtual samples?
In most cases the answer is yes. You would be using our Technologo EOD Basic service. You will need to speak to your search engine provider to see if they will be willing to allow our tools to work on their site. We have already worked out arrangements with some of the popular industry search engines (ASI LogoMall, and Distributor Central among others) so adding the tool to these sites will be relatively easy.
Do you have an example of this service in use on a suppliers' website so that I can see what I will be getting before I buy?
Yes of course. But because we are unable to control other companies' websites, we ask that you contact our sales team for examples and a demonstration.
