I signed up for a trial account and the Access Key that was sent to me has the word 'trial' at the beginning. Is this part of the Access Key?
Yes. The Access Key must be entered exactly as it is received in the confirmation e-mail. Failure to include the word 'trial' in the Access Key will mean that you will be unable to use Technologo Right Click.
I installed the plug-in, and I see it when I right click on an image, but when I select that option, I receive an error message indicating the wrong Access Key is being used. What do I do?
The most likely cause of this error is an incorrect Access Key. If you signed up for a trial account, your Access Key may contain the word 'trial' at the beginning. Please be sure to include this or you will be unable to use Right Click.
