What is Technologo Lite?
Technologo Lite is a tool used to create virtual samples for which you supply the product images. These images can come from anywhere: they can be downloaded from a website or camera, or scanned into the computer. If you can't find the product you need in our Collection, use Technologo Lite to upload the product image which you can then customize using our many tools.
Can I create a 3D virtual sample using Lite?
No. There is simply too much involved, and that makes it nearly impossible to create an online solution where the user does all of the work. Please see our Technologo Custom FAQs for more information, or contact our sales team toll free at 877-541-5646.
Can I use Technologo Lite to add virtual sample functionality to my website?
Technologo Lite is designed for individuals to create virtual samples to send to their customers, not for posting on their websites. For that you would use our Technologo EOD service. However, if you have subscribed to Technologo Lite Max plus One Click, you can post a link to the One Click Presentation to your website.
Where do I get the product images to create a virtual sample?
You can use images from any source. It does not matter where you get the images from - you can go to any supplier website, search engine, or even scan the images from catalogs and flyers. Literally any source as long as they follow our image specifications.
What are the specifications for Technologo Lite product images?
We accept most image formats including: jpeg, gif, tiff, ai, eps, png, bmp and pdf. All images must be less than 3MB in size. For specifics, please click here.
Where do I login?
Go to www.technologo.com and click the blue "Enter" button in the Technologo Lite section.
I can't login to my account
Make sure that you are entering the information in the correct place. From our home page (www.technologo.com) scroll down to the Technologo Lite section and click "Enter". Please also notice that login and passwords are case sensitive.
How do I upload or set up a product in my Technologo Lite account?
After you have logged into your account, you will see an icon in the top left of the screen to Add Product. Click this button and follow the prompts to browse and find the product image on your computer. Once found simply select (or Open) the item and press the continue button. This will upload the product and allow you to continue to set up the product depending on which service level you have subscribed.
How do I remove a logo from the product?
When setting up a product, the first option is to remove a logo. Select this option and when the window opens, simply click your mouse all around the outside of the logo that you wish to remove. When you close off the lines, the logo will disappear. There are also advanced options you can use, help features and a demo all in the area to ensure that you get a great result. How do I add imprint techniques?
First you must be subscribed to either Lite Max or Lite Max plus One Click. If you are, then when setting up a product you will see options, one of which is "Add Imprint Techniques". Select this option and then select and add all of the imprint techniques you wish for this product. If you need to add a technique after the original set-up, simply click on the "Edit" link within the product box for the item you wish to edit and go through the steps mentioned.
Can I change the color of the product image that I uploaded?
If you are using the Technologo Lite Max or Technologo Lite Max plus One Click, then the answer is YES! You will have access to the revolutionary 9-1-1 Product Color Changer which will allow you to change the color of the product image. You can view a demo of this feature here.
I have uploaded my product image, now how do I customize it?
Click on the "Create a virtual sample" link at the bottom of each product's section. The application will open and you will be able to customize the product.
Is there a limit to the number of products or folders that I can have in my Technologo Lite account?
There is no limit to the number of products or folders in your account! The only limitation is if you have a trial account, which will give you full functionality, but for only one product at a time.

We have a dedicated team of Customer Service and Technical Support to help you with any issue that you have regarding the use of our tools. We recommend using our e-mail support (support@technologo.com) and please be specific about who you are, the tool you are using and the issue that you are having.
Can I use the virtual samples in my company stores for my clients?
Absolutely, in fact we encourage it! There are two ways of doing this, depending on the level of service you are using. For all Technologo Lite levels, when you create the virtual sample, you can simply click on the "Printable Page/ JPEG" icon in the top right corner of the image window. This will allow you to right-click on the image and save it as a jpeg directly to your computer. If you have a One Click Presentation, you can simply access the presentation, upload the artwork you want to use, and then open any of the products and save that image as a jpeg to your computer.
How do I change my Lite account settings?
First, login to your Lite account. Near the top of the page, on the right side, you will see a link that says "My Account"; click that for details of your account, and for the opportunity to make any changes.
Do you have an example of this service in use on a suppliers' website so that I can see what I will be getting before I buy?
Yes of course. But because we are unable to control other companies' websites, we ask that you contact our sales team for examples and a demonstration.
Do I need to download the software and run it from my computer?
No, this is an on-line application that you can use from any computer 24/7. Please see our system requirements if you have further questions.
Can I import into my Lite catalog all the virtual samples from my portfolio and enter them in the One Click?
Remember that in your One Click catalog you want to display clean images so everyone that clicks the link can preview the product with their own logo on it. So there's really no need to do this.
Will you notify me when my yearly subscription expires?
No. Accounts are renewed automatically on the due date. You are responsible to take note of it. If you choose not to renew in the future you will need to send us an e-mail requesting not to renew.

Check in your spam and/or bulk folders. If still you don't find it please give our Sales Team a call at 1-877-541-5646. It is possible that when registering you had a typo on your e-mail address and we will need to verify it.
