Technologo Custom
Technologo Custom allows you to add our industry leading virtual sample capability to your website. The difference here is that we set up the products for you. All you have to do is add the links to your website. Custom is perfect for those complex products with complex options.
Technologo Custom is the cream of the virtual sample crop. Custom products can be in 2D or rotating 3D, and can have all of the simpler imprinting methods like screen print, laser engraving, debossing, etc, but can also have more complex techniques like die-struck, debossed with colour-fill, etc not to mention the ability to add patches or emblems. Quality products deserve quality virtual samples and you won't find better virtual samples than our custom solution.
Typically, Technologo Custom is used by suppliers who demand the very best. Some will use custom for their entire line of products. Others will do their top 10, 50, or even 100. It is the most expensive option, but by far the most flexible.
There is a lot of manual labour that is involved in getting these products set up. It is expensive labour at that because we are using highly trained, highly skilled technicians, photographers and engineers to create the most realistic virtual sample tools. Regardless of the investment, you will find an incredible return if you use it to its potential.
While any product can be set up in Technologo Custom, the most value will come for products that display full wrap imprints, or require multiple areas of product color change. Also products that have add ons, like emblems or patches are well suited for Technologo Custom.
There are very few imprint techniques and product styles or finishes that we have not been able to replicate digitally. Some of the most common are embroidery, debossing, screen/pad printing, laser engraving, laset etching, die struck with and without colour fill, foil stamping.
No. 3D products require extensive programming to do things like map the imprints in the correct location and proportions, make sure the imprints appear correctly, and so on. They must be done using our Technologo Custom solution. The software required is proprietary and only our employees who have gone through months of training can set up Custom products.
